Shipping policy

At Catherine Deane, we want you to feel confident when ordering your bridal look. We offer different shipping options to suit your needs and timelines. Please review the information below carefully, particularly if you are shopping for an upcoming wedding or special occasion.

US Shipping Options

Standard Shipping - $20

Our Standard Shipping option aims to dispatch in-stock items within 1–2 weeks of purchase.

We always aim to fulfil and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, and your order may arrive sooner than expected. Please keep this in mind when placing an order around holidays, planned absences or other occasions when you may not be available to receive your parcel. We recommend ensuring that someone is available to accept delivery or arranging delivery to an alternative address.

Orders containing preorder items

Preorder items will be dispatched once they become available on their stated future availability date. Please refer to the relevant product page for the estimated availability timeframe, or contact customercare@catherinedeane.com for more specific information.

If you select Standard Shipping for an order containing both in-stock and preorder items, your order will be dispatched in a single shipment once all items, including the preorder items, are available.

Rush Shipping - $75

Need your order a little sooner? Rush Shipping is available on eligible in-stock styles on our US website for $75, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 7 business days from purchase.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary once your parcel is with the courier. While we aim to have your order delivered within this timeframe, delays may occur during transit. We recommend considering this when placing a rush order, particularly if you are shopping for an upcoming wedding or special occasion.

Rush Shipping is available exclusively on eligible in-stock products. Preorder items and products that are not eligible for immediate dispatch do not qualify for Rush Shipping.

Rush Shipping must be selected at product level and is subject to product and size eligibility.

Please note that we are unable to grant extensions to our returns policy due to delays, miscalculations or oversights when placing an order with Rush Shipping.

Ordering Rush Shipping and Preorder Items Together

If your order includes both Rush Shipping-eligible in-stock items and preorder items, your items will be shipped in separate parcels.

• Rush Shipping Eligible items: These will be dispatched using Rush Shipping, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 7 business days from purchase, subject to courier transit times.

• Preorder items: These will be dispatched separately once they become available on their stated future availability date.

Both shipping fees will apply to orders containing both types of items: $75 for Rush Shipping on eligible in-stock items and $20 for Standard Shipping on preorder items, for a total shipping cost of $95.

Rush Shipping applies only to eligible in-stock items and does not expedite the availability or dispatch of preorder items.

Please consider the stated preorder availability date when planning your purchase for your wedding or special occasion.

Preorder Items

Some Catherine Deane styles are available for preorder and will only be dispatched once they become available on the future date stated on the product page.

The shipping arrangements for orders containing both in-stock and preorder items depend on the shipping method selected:

• Standard Shipping: In-stock and preorder items will be dispatched together once all items are available.

• Rush Shipping: Eligible in-stock items will be dispatched separately using Rush Shipping, while preorder items will be dispatched once they become available.

Please refer to the relevant product page for the expected availability timeframe and allow sufficient time for your order to arrive before your wedding or special occasion.
