How to Measure

Alterations to achieve the perfect fit are very much a part of the Bridal journey and for this reason, all Catherine Deane bridal styles are designed with easy alterations in mind. See below our guide on how to measure yourself to select your best possible size:


 


BUST

The fullest part of your bust is measured around your whole frame. Always try and wear a bra similar to one that you would on the day.

WAIST

The slimmest part of your natural waistline -below your ribcage and above your navel.

HIP

The fullest part of your hips. Approximately 20 cm below your natural waistline.

WAIST TO HEM LENGTH

Long dresses and wedding gowns are typically cut between 115cm - 120cm from the waist unless otherwise specified.

The Chant Bodice is an exquisite mix of old and new. Highlighting age-old corsetry techniques in luxurious 100% silk Dupion, this bridal top features built-in support and boning while allowing you to create the perfect fit with its adjustable lace-up back detailing. The front hemline softly dips at the center to create a figure-flattering silhouette. Create your own unique bridal look by pairing this top with one of our bridal skirts or trousers.
