Netti & Matt

OUR STORY
 Couple’s Names:
Netti & Matt
  Wedding date:
18th September 2023

  Our engagement story:

We always knew we wanted to get married. At the time we were living in the Finnish Lapland together. After work Matt asked me in the Sauna, if it is not finally time to put our plans into action. We started our wedding arrangements right after.

Our love story:

We met in the Rocky Mountains while visiting mutual friends. We spent a weekend together between the US (Idaho) and Canada (British Columbia).

FASHION NOTES
Bride's wedding dress:
Falling in love with my Catherine Deane outfit:
I came across the brand on Pinterest a couple of years ago. I was sure from the outset this will be my outfit. I felt special and different wearing the beautiful Anya Topper. I felt like a Diva even though I am a tomboy. Sneakers and Jeans are usually my best friends. The compliments I received were unreal and made me feel so special and beautiful.
Did you go to a CD showroom or purchase your gown online?

The Anya topper was sold out worldwide at this point. My sister rushed to one of the two boutiques in Germany that had the top in stock. The boutique's name was Salon Hamburg.

Bridesmaids dresses:

We had a secret wedding only with parents and siblings, so no friends knew about it so therefore no bridesmaids. (An additional party for all our friends will still be held)
Tell us about your Wedding Venue:
We got married at the Bilton House in Harrogate and celebrated afterwards with afternoon tea at Mama Doreens. Later on, we had dinner and drinks at ad Starling Bar.
Wedding style:
Classy
  Our photographer:
Charlotte Nelson Photography
Our most memorable moment:
How much my face ached from smiling and finally hearing that we are married, Mr & Mrs Peace
 Our funniest moment:
Pouring rain started exactly with our ceremony (I am German - Canadian and always complain about rainy England)
