STEP 1
Finding your dream dress online is as easy as browsing our carefully curated bridal collections. Once you’ve found the one, head over to our accessories page where you’ll find everything from veils, to earrings, handbags and headbands to complete your wedding day look.
Each of our garment and accessories listings contain in-depth information on the product for instance design details, pairing suggestions and size charts. We suggest asking a friend to assist you in taking your measurements and checking them against our standard size chart to see what size would suit you best. Once you’ve curated your unique bridal look, it’s time to add your products to Cart and head to Checkout page. Here you will be prompted to enter your preferred delivery address and contact details.

Our gowns and accessories are packaged in beautiful and durable Catherine Deane branded packaging – we are very proud to add that most of our packaging is made from eco materials – just another initiative that forms part of our Sustainability Journey. Once your order has been meticulously quality checked and lovingly packaged by our team, you will receive an email containing the tracking details for your parcel along with a shipping date. We have partnered with the very best international courier companies to get your parcel to you safely and on time. Online orders typically ship within 21 days after we receive your order – please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you need your garments sooner, before placing your order. We are always happy to see where we can assist with shorter shipping timelines if possible.
Although the majority of our garments and accessories are available shortly after you’ve ordered them online, you might notice that some of our items are available on backorder. Our backorder process is yet another initiative we have implemented to support our sustainability journey by way of only creating what is ordered. Essentially the process works exactly the way our regular online ordering process works apart from the fact that we only start creating your garment once we receive your order. Your garment should arrive with you withing 4-6 months after ordering and our team is available to answer any questions you might have with regards to this process.
